The EMT Heavy Duty Hand Hole Lock is the step-up security cover for flat-opening light poles where repeat theft and aggressive tampering are a real concern. At 1/4" thick steel — double the standard version — with a reinforced bracket and larger 3/8" stainless-steel bolt, the steel plate seats flush against flat-opening poles, the internal bracket locks it from the inside, and the integrated puck lock buries the bolt completely — no exposed hardware, nothing to grip or cut.
